Hello all. Just wanted to share that I showed a 1 lb gain this week. Not too distraught about it, because I knew I’d made a few bad choices, but I’d also started walking again, and was wearing longer, heavier jeans than I wore last week. Was planning to jump right back in and get on it super strict today, but now getting ready to go eat brunch with RMB. IHOP is calling my name. Maybe we’ll get back on it super strict after that.
