I thought this was all pretty good advice.  My attitude has been in the toilet lately.  I have been struggling with so much stuff.  I came up with a motto the other day that related to the first Facebook status update I posted in 2010, about wanting to LIVE, in capital letters.  So far I haven’t managed to do that, not this year or any other.

It seems like my life is goverened by fear and excuses and wishes and daydreams.  Quite honestly, I hate that, but I’m having trouble changing.  I’ve been working with a counselor who is probably beginning to get quite frustrated with me, but not as frustrated as I am with myself.  I feel like I have a lot of options and possibilities, but I don’t know what I really want, and I don’t know how I’d begin to get it if I did!  I get all these assignments and instructions from Ms. Counselor and I am not able to stay consistent with the ones that would make the most difference- the exercising ones, the eating and feeding my kids better ones, the ‘quality family time’ ones.

Anyway.  Don’t mean to unload.  Just hosting a Pity Party I guess.  I’ll get over it.  I just need to get inspired and motivated.  Figure out where I want to get to, map it out, and start moving.  Why is that always so hard?
Love to all,
D.

Cheesy fortune cookie says: “the things in life that are worth attaining are hard, the things that are easy aren’t worth it.” I love fortune cookies… Lol to read.
